We are so proud that The Nottingham Hearing Practice has been awarded the”Inspired by Ida” status for embracing the ethos and standards of the IDA Institute.
The NHP is one of the first clinics in the UK to acquire Inspired by Ida status and the institute has asked Jo to write a short story about our practice and why she chose to join the programme. She was thanked for choosing to work with the IDA institute in advancing a person-centered approach to hearing care.
The clinic badge is awarded to any practice where 80% of the staff have done the personal courses, which me and Alan both have. So the red badge is the most important one!
