Jo has been my audiologist at ( ) in West Bridgford for the last four years and I’m really disappointed she is leaving. Her attitude is 100% professional, very caring and always so helpful. My appointments never seem rushed and she has even seen me without an appointment when I had a particular concern! Her advice has always been of the highest standard and I have never felt pressured into buying the latest model of hearing aid. Above all Jo is so cheerful and friendly I could almost look forward to my appointments! I wish her every success in her new venture.
